When you schedule an appointment with us, we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs, and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If you should experience extenuating circumstances, then please give us a call, and we may be able to waive the cancellation fee.
Any client who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment without providing at least 48 hours notice you may be charged a $25.00 fee.
Emotional Support Animal Services
Partial Refund Policy
As your assessment will be a live assessment with a licensed mental health care provider, you are entitled to a partial refund (subject to a $45.00 fee) if you’re not approved for an emotional support animal. If you opt for a second opinion (seek the advice of another clinician), you will incur an additional $65 fee.
Complete Refund Policy
Should you cancel your order before you schedule an appointment or cancel 48 hours before the appointment, you are entitled to a complete refund.
Full refunds apply to those clients who purchase ESAGuard and fulfilled its terms.
No Refund Policy
Failure to schedule an initial assessment within 30 days from purchase disqualifies you from any refund.
In general, once you are qualified, there are no refunds.
Airline / Landlord Verification Services
There are no refunds.
Once approved, there are no refunds.
If you ordered expedited processing and your order was not fulfilled on time, you will receive a refund of your processing fee.
Expedited service does not include rush document delivery (Fedex, etc.).
If you request a refund, then the various services already provided will be deducted from the fee paid at the full service price. A refund will be processed within ten days of our having received a written request for cancellation of our services. Written requests should be signed, dated, and emailed to our support team.
