Our clinicians provide prompt individualized mental health services. No-shows, late shows, and cancellations inconvenience those individuals who need access to quality care.

Appointments

Appointments are scheduled during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, time-zone dependent. After hours and weekend appointments may be available; however, additional fees will apply.

Cancellation of an appointment

To be respectful of the needs of other clients, please be courteous and let us promptly know if you are unable to show up for an appointment. Should you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you cancel by 3 pm the previous business day (weekends and holidays are excluded).

Please note if your appointment is on Monday, the cut-off time is 3 pm on Friday (weekends and holidays excluded).

No show policy

A “no-show” is a client who misses an appointment without canceling it. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment is considered a “no-show.” You are considered a no-show if you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment.

Client fees

The fee for no-shows and cancellations is $35. A 2nd occurrence will be the full fee of the visit, and the client may be discharged.

All cancellation fees must be paid before receiving further services.

Clinician no show policy

If your clinician fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment without providing proper notice, the client is entitled to a $35 credit.
