When my therapist told me she wasn't certified to provide me with an emotional animal document for my cats she referred to a colleague who listed ESADoggy as a good choice. With the newer support animal restrictions on so many airlines, along with those due to COVID, I was left feeling very nervous about having to travel without my dog that typically goes everywhere with me. With my travel date only a couple weeks out, I wasn’t sure I’d be able to get everything I needed on time and I didn’t even know WHAT exactly I needed. ESADoggy made the whole process so much easier than I’d been expecting. They scheduled an appointment right away, thoroughly explained what I’d need to travel with my dog, and Stephanie, who I was scheduled to talk with, was so kind and helpful.
