We'll need to understand and verify your current financial situation, and that begins by completing our Financial Assistance Application.

Rest assured, we take extraordinary care to protect your confidential mental and financial information. We never rent, lease, or sell your protected health information.

Step 2: Enter Your Mental Health History.

For those approved for financial assistance, we’ll need to know a few things about you before connecting you with one of our nearby clinicians. We'll invite you to our secured portal where you'll answer questions about your mental health history and how your animal helps with your disability.

We are fully HIPAA-compliant.

Step 3: Get Direct Access To Licensed Mental Healthcare Professionals.

We’ll connect you with one of our U.S. licensed providers to discuss your situation, concerns, and potential options.

It’s done virtually, by phone or computer, so you get the comfort of speaking with a clinical team member in your state, without having to leave home. Or even your chair.

Step 4: Get Your Letter.

Once your disability has been verified, your therapist will issue you the correct documentation for download via our online portal.

Step 5: Enjoy.

Improve your symptoms and improve your life. Our ESA or PSD letter of recommendation provides:

  • Recognition that you are a patient on a case-by-case basis under a licensed mental health professional’s care for mental or emotional disabilities.
  • Verification that you are significantly limited by an individual disability, such as depression or a similar condition, affecting your mental well-being.
  • A recommendation for an Assistance Animal as a necessary reinforcement for your mental health.
