In general, once you are qualified, all services rendered by ESAD and its affiliates are provided on a non-refundable basis.
There are no refunds after 30 days.
Partial Refund Policy
If you request a refund, then the various services already provided will be deducted from the fee paid at the full service price.
Once we receive your request for refund:
- If you paid with PayPal, you will see the refund in your account within three business days.
- If you paid with a credit card, it will take anywhere between 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
- If you were denied an emotional support animal letter of recommendation, you are subject to a $99 assessment fee.
- All refunds, without an assessment or services performed, are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
- Should you cancel your order before you schedule an appointment or cancel 48 hours before the appointment, you are entitled to a partial refund (subject to a 15% cancellation fee).
Failure to schedule an assessment
All assessment services must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase. If you do not schedule your assessment within that period, the order is considered fulfilled and there are no refunds.
All sessions must be scheduled within 120 days of purchase. If you do not schedule your session(s) within that period, the order is considered fulfilled and there are no refunds.
Complete Refund Policy
Full refunds apply to those clients who purchase ESAGuard and fulfilled its terms.
Customer agrees not to charge back any credit card payments for services rendered. In the event that a customer files a charge back or other payment dispute, they will be considered to be in violation of this agreement and may be subject to collection action as described below.
Airline / Landlord Verification Services
There are no refunds.
Once approved, there are no refunds.
If you ordered an expedited assessment and your order was not fulfilled on time, you are eligible for a refund of your processing fee. If you do not schedule an assessment within the fulfillment window, you are not eligible for a refund.
Expedited service does not include rush document delivery (Fedex, etc.).
Any client who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment without providing at least 48 hours notice may be charged a $25.00 fee.
Payments and Fees
Customer acknowledges that ESAD is under no obligation to provide services under the terms of this Agreement until all stated charges have been paid-in-full, and ESAD has been able to adequately verify the validity of said payment. Any account that becomes past-due may will be subject to a 15% late payment fee, and may be suspended or disabled for non-payment at any time at the sole discretion of ESAD. Any accounts that are not collectable by ESAD will be turned over to an outside collection agency. If your account is turned over for collection, you agree to pay ESAD a “Collection Fee” of not less than $250, in addition to any fees that may be imposed by the outside collection agency or its legal representation. All services that ESAD offers are considered to be provided on a strictly prepaid basis.
The prevailing party shall have the right to collect from the other party its reasonable costs and necessary disbursements and attorneys’ fees incurred in enforcing this Agreement.
This Agreement and our relationship with you shall both be interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida excluding any rules governing choice of laws.
You irrevocably agree that the venue for any action or proceeding arising out of relating to this Agreement or our relationship with you, regardless of theory, location of parties or any other diversity of jurisdiction argument, shall be the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida or the State Courts located in Palm Beach County in Florida. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of the aforementioned courts and hereby waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by the aforementioned courts.
Customer acknowledges that they make use ESAD’s services at their own risk.
