There are no refunds after 30 days, and once you have started clinical care sessions, all sales are considered final. There are no partial refunds.
For clients who have not set an appointment with an ESAD Int’l licensed provider and have placed the order within the last 30 days:
- If you paid with PayPal, you will see the refund in your account within three business days.
- If you paid with a credit card, it will take anywhere between 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
There is a $25 cancellation fee.
Failure to schedule an appointment
Your first appointment must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase. If you do not schedule your appointment within that period, the order is considered fulfilled and there are no refunds.
Discounts and promotions
Any offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold or otherwise bartered.
All sessions must be scheduled within 120 days of purchase. If you do not schedule your session(s) within that period, the order is considered fulfilled and there are no refunds.
Customer agrees not to charge back any credit card payments for services rendered. In the event that a customer files a charge back or other payment dispute, they will be considered to be in violation of this agreement and may be subject to collection action as described below.
If you ordered an expedited assessment and your appointment was not scheduled on time, you are eligible for a refund of your expedited assessment fee. If you do not schedule an assessment within the fulfillment window, you are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation / Late Show Policy
After 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, a client is considered a no-show.
Any client who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment without providing at least 48 hours notice may be charged a $15 fee.
Therapist Late Show Policy
After 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, a therapist is considered a no-show.
Clients may be entitled to a $15 credit if their therapist fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment without providing at least 48 hours notice.
Payments and Fees
Customer acknowledges that ESAD Int’l is under no obligation to provide services under the terms of this Agreement until all stated charges have been paid-in-full, and ESAD Int’l has been able to adequately verify the validity of said payment. Any account that becomes past-due may will be subject to a 15% late payment fee, and may be suspended or disabled for non-payment at any time at the sole discretion of ESAD. Any accounts that are not collectable by ESAD Int’l will be turned over to an outside collection agency. If your account is turned over for collection, you agree to pay ESAD Int’l a “Collection Fee” of not less than $350, in addition to any fees that may be imposed by the outside collection agency or its legal representation. All services that ESAD Int’l offers are considered to be provided on a strictly prepaid basis.
The prevailing party shall have the right to collect from the other party its reasonable costs and necessary disbursements and attorneys’ fees incurred in enforcing this Agreement.
This Agreement and our relationship with you shall both be interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida excluding any rules governing choice of laws.
You irrevocably agree that the venue for any action or proceeding arising out of relating to this Agreement or our relationship with you, regardless of theory, location of parties or any other diversity of jurisdiction argument, shall be the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida or the State Courts located in Palm Beach County in Florida. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of the aforementioned courts and hereby waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by the aforementioned courts.
Customer acknowledges that they make use ESAD Int’l.’s services at their own risk.
