Taylor Richter is a Masters level graduate of the University of Tennessee, where she studied Veterinary Social Work. Taylor has a passion for animals and exploring the benefits of the human-animal bond. This passion stems from her experience of growing up in her Father’s animal hospital.
Taylor has not only witnessed how important animals are to their humans but also, how vital the role of veterinarians and other animal-care giving professionals are to that relationship.
Her yellow lab and therapy dog, Brewski, has also taught her the significance of the human-animal bond. She is a believer that the intersection of Veterinary Social Work is a community of people and animals alike, striving to help each other learn and grow while trying to attain balance and wellness.
